OTISFIELD, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- It took firefighters from 12 towns about three hours to knock down flames that tore through a 2-family farmhouse in Otisfield Sunday night.

The call came in just before 5:30 p.m. The Otisfield Fire Department said no one was home at the time and there were no injuries, but the blaze destroyed the home along Route 121.

The Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.
